CANCELLATION POLICY

EQUIPMENT RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 2 or more days in advance are fully refundable.

Cancellations made a day in advance are 50% refundable.

Cancellations made day of or no shows are nonrefundable and can not be rescheduled.

*No discounts will be issued for the late pick up or early return of rental equipment.

*Re-scheduling is allowed due to severe or dangerous weather conditions, but not for minor conditions such as overcast sky, light precipitation, etc.

*No refunds due to swimmers itch.
